The people of Kogi State has been congratulated on the occasion of Eid – Fitri

The Grand Patron of Shuaibu Abubakar Audu’s Foundation and Executive Director, Stanbic IBTC, Alhaji Shuaibu Abubakar Audu in his congratulatory message described the occasion as the end of one of the spiritual injunctions of Allah.

Alhaji Audu who is the son of the Former Governor of Kogi State, Prince Abubakar Audu said the restraint is to draw mankind to the path of Allah and urged Muslems to continue to maintain the feat achieved during the Ramadan period.

His words ” I am using the occcassion to greet my Muslems brothers and sisters in the State. The Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello and all political office holders as well as our Royal Fathers. We thank God for peace and harmony in the state and it is my prayers that Allah will continue to sustain it. Ramadan is one of the cardinal injunctions of Islam and every good Muslems would observe it. May Allah recorgnise the Ibadah. I urged all Muslems to use the occasion to continue to pray for the success of President Mohammadu Buhari to put an end to the high level of insecurity in the country.”

Alhaji Audu also commended the traditional institutions for their roles in maintaining peace in their various domain and prayed for the steady growth of the state.

He also appealed to Muslems to use the occasion to extend love to their neighbors as exemplified by Prophet Mohammed.
