Miss Eko International Grand finale: Ivory Forte Entertainment Concepts honour stakeholders in entertainment, traditional sectors

Ivory Forte Entertainment Concepts, the organizers of the annual Miss Eko International Beauty Pageant and Eko Heritage Awards made a huge statement with the two-in-one event held at Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island.

The two-in-one event which featured the maiden edition of Eko Heritage Award, the first of its kind award of honours designed for celebration and appreciation indigenous custodians of the state’s cultural heritage as well as others selected individuals from different walks of life including the Fashion, Agricultural, Media, Oil and Gas industries among others, and of course, the Grand finale of the 2021 Miss Eko International will no doubt remain a talk of the town for a long time.

The event which started with the red carpet session at 4p.m had in attendance notable personalities from different walks of life. Notable amongst personalities at the event is the Onisolu of Solu- Alade kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Alayeluwa Oba Muideen Babatunde Balogun (Ajumose l) who was the Royal Father of the day and an award recipient. Also present at the event are Chief Ganiyu Lekan Bakare the Aro of Ikateland, and Chief Adebola Olamilekan Alabi Dosunmu, the Akinsiku of Lagos. Also in attendance are the Regent of Iboropa Akoko Kingdom, Ondo State, HRM Tinuade Babalola Adejuyigbe; Princess Kelechi Oghene, MD of GMYT FASHION ACADEMY, and a number of celebrated entertainment personalities including Wathoni Anyansi, Chukwuemeka Okoye (Frodd) Mimi Orijekwe who are all amongst recipients of Eko Heritage Awards

The two-in-one event started with award presentation for honorary section which saw to honouring twenty-one personalities in recognition of their outstanding achievements in different areas of human endeavours, and nineteen voted categories based on general public recommendation via votes.

After the award presentation was the grand finale of Miss Eko International which saw to the parade of ten young ladies as lucky finalists. And eventually, Oluwatunmishe Angel George was crowned Miss Eko Queen 2021, while Okoyomon Ebosetale Mercy and Aramide Da Silva emerged as 1st and 2nd runners-up respectively.

The event which witnessed a massive turn out with over two hundred and fifty guests in attendance was ably hosted by the duo of Iyke Nnama and Wathoni Anyansi with media coverage headlined by Silverbird TV, AIT and other notable media outfits including Flip TV, , Yes International Magazine, Sahara Weekly, Naija popup TV, Gbosa TV, 360dots TV, Mockinbird.com.ng, nairaland.com, themomentng.com, omonaijablog.com, theprimetimes.com.ng, thepagenews.net, bethnewsmedia.blogspot.com, societyherald.com.ng, naijasocietynews.com in attendance as Media supports.
